Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes. We send insulation and rubber sheets to every city in Pakistan, including Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta, by cargo or goods transport. Most orders reach Lahore and Islamabad in 2 to 3 days. Delivery charges depend on weight and city, and we include them in your quote.
How do I get today’s rate?
Send us the product, thickness, size and quantity on WhatsApp, or call us. We reply with today’s rate and the delivery cost to your city. Rates can change with import costs and the dollar rate, so we quote on the day you ask.
Are you a manufacturer or a dealer?
We manufacture and import all our rubber sheets, including neoprene, SBR, nitrile, EPDM, silicone, silicone foam and EVA foam sheets, and we import our insulation directly. With no middlemen, you get consistent, high-quality material at competitive rates, from 1 roll to bulk orders.
Do you sell felt sheet (namda)?
Yes. We import hard-pressed 100% wool felt sheet (namda) in 1.2 m × 10 m rolls, 3 mm to 50 mm thick, in off-white, grey and white. We sell it by the roll, metre or kg, or cut to size.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. You can buy a single roll, a sheet or just a few feet, and we give better rates for bulk and project orders.
Do you sell rubber sheets by the foot, metre or kg?
Yes, whichever you prefer. We sell rubber sheets as full rolls, by the foot, by the metre or by weight (kg). Just tell us how you’d like to buy.
Can you cut sheets and rolls to size?
Yes. We cut rubber sheets and insulation rolls to the length and size you need, and we cut rubber gaskets in any shape from a drawing, a sample or your measurements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer and cheque. We also supply goods on credit.
Do you provide a sales tax invoice for companies?
Yes. We provide GST sales tax invoices.
Which insulation is best for a hot metal roof in Pakistan?
Glass wool with FSK aluminium foil is the most common choice under metal roofs, usually 2 inch (50 mm) thick. The foil reflects heat and the wool slows it down. For very hot roofs or cold storage, choose 2 inch at a higher density. Rock wool is the choice where fire safety matters most.
